	Welcome to the iFAIMS web site! This site provides a means through which information contained in the Federal Aid Information Management System (FAIMS) can be accessed over the Internet. FAIMS is used by the staff of the Fish and Wildlife Service to administer grant programs that provide for conservation of natural resources. This site contains information which has been collected from various documents submitted by grant applicants. Most of the content of this site is dynamic. When you request a page, a query is performed against a database that contains a national data set. This data set is updated within a couple of hours of when the data are entered by our staff in various offices throughout the country. Therefore, when you access this site you are looking at a near real-time view of what is occurring.
